About Custom Coaching 

Brenna specializes in performance coaching and pre, pregnancy and postpartum coaching. 
Specifically, if you are a postpartum military mama, this is the program for you.


Custom Coaching Details

  • Your program will be designed uniquely for you, based on:

    • Your equipment availability (home, gym or a combination of the two, and bodyweight/bands as needed)

    • Your schedule, as communicated by you in our check ins

    • Your fitness level, injuries and restrictions

    • Your specific goals

  • Weekly check ins and program adjustments- hop on a call with me as needed! 

  • Warm ups, cool downs and muscle activation routines included 

  • Rep manipulations and weight recommendations to get the most out of each exercise

  • In depth education to get you ready to succeed on your own or with a lesser degree of coaching

     **A 6-9 month time frame is the recommended minimum for custom coaching. After we have gone through the key phases of your program together, if you would like to stay on board I offer continued coaching at a discounted rate
