Weekly check ins and macro adjustments- hop on a call with me as needed!
Detailed feedback on food logs with specific recommendations to hit your goals

In depth education to get you ready to succeed on your own or with a lesser degree of coaching
**A 6-9 month time frame is the recommended minimum for custom coaching. After we have gone through the key phases of your program together, if you would like to stay on board I offer continued coaching at a discounted rate
